Mr. Cousins was very professional. He showed us the properties we wanted to see. The one issue I had with him was his insistence that I sign an exclusive real estate agreement with him. I felt that I should not give any one realtor an exclusive since it would not be fair to me or other realtors whose properties I would want to see.

Claude is an excellent agent he is patient, aggressive when needed, communicates well, honest, reliable, motivated, and dedicated. We were under contract for a short sale property that seemed to take forever to get approval from the sellers bank, however Claude did not give up on us. He would keep us motivated to not give up on the house we wanted by encouraging us to keep looking at other homes in case the short sale did not get approved. In the end we were victorious in getting the short sale approval needed without further negotiation. To this day, we are truly greatful that God lead us to him as our agent because there are very few like him.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr Cousins on two occaisons. In 2011 I contacted Mr Cousins to find a house in Florida for my sister who was retirining and in 2012 I also used Mr Cousins to sell my house at 1034 Highland Rd. I was working with another realtor and I was not satisfied with the level of service I was getting in finding my sister's home. I went on Line and found Mr. Cousins information, so contacted him and explained to him what I was looking for. Mr Cousins explained the whole process and he also answered all of questions. In less than twenty four hours I received an email with the first set of properties. He is a very professional realtor who looks out for the interest of his clients. Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2008 for approximately $150K in Upper Albany, Hartford, CT.
I used Mr. Cousins in August of 2008 to purchase my first multi-family home. I was new to homeownership and the whole process of purchasing a home. Mr. Cousins was able to walk me through the process and recommended lenders, informed me of the home inspection process, attorneys, etc. Even after I purchased the home, he has been helpful in recommending roofers, landscapers and electricians. Mr. Cousins just didn't sell me a home, he has helped me maintain my property.
